    My work goes beyond vocal coaching—I’ve met so many performers who weren’t seeing success, even though they were doing “everything right.” I help musicians overcome inhibitions and uplevel their performance and career strategy so they can build a professional life they love. We’ll take an expansive view to see what might be missing so we can quickly get things back on track.

  • Breathwork

    There’s more to breathing than you think! You probably give a lot of thought to exercise or diet, but not breathing. Breathwork can improve sleep, focus, and mood, as well as relieve anxiety and stress. My science-based approach aligns our ancient nervous system responses with our modern lifestyle and demands. I work with singers and instrumentalists on short, targeted exercises that give immediate results for the mind and body.

  • Yoga

    I specialize in yoga for instrumentalists and vocalists. We use our bodies in particularly intense and stressful ways, and I love using yoga to prepare us to respond rather than just react to life and performances. Join a group class which is appropriate for newcomers as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Or work 1 to 1 with me and we can create a customized practice to meet your individual goals.

In my experience, most instrumentalists and singers are missing one or two key skills, aspects, or pieces of information in their professional lives. They don’t realize it, but that one missing piece is throwing everything off.

Depending on your goals, we might address:

  • Body movement

  • Musicianship/diction/phrasing

  • Breath

  • Performance mindset

  • Practice techniques

  • Career strategy (this is a big one!)

My dream is for all musicians to be financially secure and genuinely fulfilled. Allowing your artistry to flourish requires a combination of strategy, physical skill, and mindset work. Together, we’ll find your missing pieces and get your career (back) on track.

Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects your nervous system differently.

Breathing impacts:

  • Focus

  • Energy

  • Digestion

I work with individuals on using the breath to achieve many different health and performance goals. We take a deep dive into your situation and come up with a plan to get you where to need to be.

In yoga we practice aligning our breath with movement. This powerful practice can:

  • improve strength, balance and flexibility

  • help protect you from injuries

  • lower stress and anxiety levels

  • improve energy and mood

  • improve the amount and quality of sleep

Yoga is one of the most beneficial, versatile forms of exercise on earth, and it can be practiced by almost anyone, no matter their level of physical fitness. 

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or exercise phobic, my 1:1 sessions can show you how to achieve new levels of health and wellbeing.

In-tune Signature Sunday Night Yoga and Meditation

Restore and reset after a long week. We build some heat with a slow vinyasa practice, then wind down into yin poses, finishing up with a short mediation. Focus is on the breath and giving your body what it needs.

Breath and movement to help get your day started. We begin with breathwork, then incorporate it into a vinyasa flow designed to energize and revive so you are ready to face whatever comes your way!

Breathe and Flow in Slow Mo

Breath and movement to wind down your day. We will use gentle movement and breathwork to stimulate the vagus nerve and get you into ‘rest and digest’ mode. Turn off the noise of your day to rest and restore.
